We strive to ensure the highest quality for our products. Even though before shipping our product are gone through quality checks to identify any defects or damage but even if you receive a damaged product Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions, if ALL points below are met then you will receive a free replacement/refund including NO SHIPPING costs TOO! cause it's not your fault and we would like to correct our mistakes:

Defective Products: We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged before arrival and not after arrival.

Time Frame: Customers have worry free return/refund of 14 days once they receiving the product. After 14 days of receiving if the damage or defect is not reported then no returns/refunds will accepted

Evidence Requirement: To ensure the defect is genuine, customers must provide a video of unwrapping the product. This helps us verify that the product was damaged before it was opened and not due to mishandling afterward and a photo of the damage specifically.

Condition of the Product: The product must be in its original packaging and unused like the way you received it.
- Non-Eligible Returns: We do not accept returns or refunds for size changes or any other factors. Only returns that meet the criteria outlined in the above four points will be eligible. If the return won't meet the criteria then return will NOT be entertained.
